Terms & Conditions and Participant Safety Guidelines
Applicable to profiles submitted for the Milaap segment, featured on the Radio Udaan YouTube channel

Milaap is Radio Udaan’s matrimony initiative for the disabled community, created to help members find life partners through profiles shared on our YouTube channel. Before you register, please read the terms below carefully. By submitting your profile, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to them.

Eligibility
Registration is open to unmarried adults (18 years and above) seeking a matrimonial match, from within the disabled community and its well-wishers.
Profiles submitted on behalf of a family member require the consent of that individual.
Radio Udaan reserves the right to decline any registration that does not meet these criteria.

Information You Provide
The registration form collects your name, age, location, disability status, educational/professional background, interests, partner expectations, a contact detail, and, optionally, a recent photograph.
Disability status is used only to help present your profile accurately for matchmaking purposes.

Your Profile Will Be Shared Publicly on YouTube
Public broadcast: Once accepted, your profile — including your name, photograph (if provided), and the contact detail you share — will be featured in a video on the Radio Udaan YouTube channel, which is publicly viewable by anyone.
Phone numbers: If you choose to share your phone number, it will be spoken and/or displayed on video at your own risk. Radio Udaan cannot control who sees, hears, records, or reshares this content once it is published online.
Prefer not to share a number? You are not required to share a phone number. If you would prefer not to make your number public, you may provide only your email address on the form, and that will be used instead.
Please note: Once a video is public, calls, screenshots, and re-shares by viewers are outside our control, and takedown or editing after publication may not be possible.

Disclaimer of Liability
Participation in Milaap and disclosure of your contact details is entirely voluntary.
Radio Udaan is not responsible for, and will not be liable for, any calls, messages, misuse, harassment, or other consequences that arise from your phone number, email, or other details becoming public through this segment.
You share your information at your own risk and discretion. This disclaimer does not limit any rights you hold under applicable data protection law.

Safety Guidelines for Participants
Because your details will be visible to a wide, public audience, please keep the following in mind when you are contacted by a potential match:
Money & OTPs: Never share OTPs, bank account details, passwords, or send money to anyone you have connected with through this segment.
Verify first: Speak on the phone or video call and get to know the person over time before sharing further personal information.
Involve family: Keep a parent, sibling, or trusted friend informed about anyone you are corresponding with, and share their contact details with your family.
Meeting in person: If you decide to meet in person, choose a public place and, where possible, take someone with you or let a trusted contact know the time and location.
Report misconduct: If any contact behaves inappropriately, harasses you, or makes you uncomfortable, stop responding, block the number, and report it to us at the contact details below.

No Guarantee of a Match
Radio Udaan facilitates introductions by featuring profiles; it does not act as a matchmaking, verification, or background-check service and does not guarantee that any participant will find a match. Participants are responsible for independently verifying the background and intentions of anyone they connect with.

Editorial Rights
Radio Udaan reserves the right to edit profile content for length or clarity, decline a submission, or remove a previously published profile/video at its discretion, including on request from the participant.

Withdrawal & Removal Requests
You may request that your profile be withdrawn before publication.
You may also request correction or removal of a previously published video by writing to us at the contact details below. We will act on such requests as soon as reasonably possible, and in any case within the timeframe required under applicable data protection law, subject to the section above regarding content already viewed, saved, or shared by others.

Consent

By submitting the Milaap registration form, you separately confirm the following:

Data Processing Consent: I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate, and I consent to Radio Udaan collecting and processing my personal details (including disability status) for the purpose of creating and reviewing my matrimony profile.
Public Broadcast Consent: I separately consent to my profile — including my name, photograph (if provided), and the contact detail I have chosen to share — being featured publicly on the Radio Udaan YouTube channel, understanding that this content will be publicly viewable and that I cannot fully control its further use once published.
I understand I may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting Radio Udaan, subject to the withdrawal section above, and that I accept these terms and conditions in full.
