MS Minal Singhvi
Co-Founder&Station Director.
MS Minal Singhvi is the Co-founder and Station Director of Radio Udaan. She is overseeing the operations of our radio station. This include managing the staff, scheduling programs, coordinating with various Radio Jockeys and ensuring that the station complies with all regulations and standards. She has strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a good understanding of the media industry and the latest technology and trends.
Mr. Danish Mahajan
Founder& General secretary.
Mr. Danish Mahajan is the fonder and General secretary of Radio Udaan. He has over 18 years of experience in the community. He has played a key role in developing Radio Udaan mission and vision. As the general secretary, he is managing the day-to-day operations of the Radio including managing staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring that the Radio runs smoothly and efficiently. As well as a good understanding of the Radio goals and objectives.
Mr. Saifur rehman
Co-founder and Join secretary
Mr. Saifur rehman is the Co-founder and Join secretary of Radio Udaan. He has over 20 years of experience in the media industry. also be involved in the side of radio operations, helping to develop strategies for promoting the station and increasing audience engagement. He has a good background in broadcasting, communication, or a related field, and experience working in radio or another form of media.
Mr. Rajeev Bhambri.
Co-founder and Adviser
Mr. Rajeev Bhambri is the Co-founder and Advisor of Radio Udaan. He has over 12 years of experience in the Disabled community. He is always creating and implementing programming schedules, choosing music and other content for radio station, and providing guidance and support to radio hosts and RJs. He is doing a variety of administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining records and ensuring that the Radio runs smoothly. Also he is communicating with listeners, advertisers, and Radio Jockys.
MS Jyoti Malik
Co-founder and Program Manager.
MS Jyoti Malik has a key role in the Developing and implementing a programming schedule that includes a mix of music, talk shows, news, and other content. and meets the needs of its target audience. She always Monitoring ratings and listener feedback to make informed
decisions about programming and schedule changes. as well as technical support, to ensure smooth and high-quality broadcasts.
MS Divya sharma.
Content Manager
Divya Sharma is responsible for overseeing the creation and curation of all of the station’s programming. This includes coordinating with producers and on-air talent to develop new show ideas, managing the schedule and flow of programming, and ensuring that all content meets the station’s standards for quality and relevance. In her role as content manager, she strive to create a dynamic and diverse lineup of programming that engages and informs our listeners, while also staying true to the mission of RadioUdaan to promote accessibility and inclusivity.

Mr. Puneet Soni is responsible for representing the station to the public and the media. This includes handling media inquiries, providing information and interviews, and promoting the station’s programming and events.
He is passionate about using his skills and platform to amplify the voices and stories of people with disabilities, and to raise awareness about the challenges and triumphs of this diverse and often marginalized community..
