We have also organized a hunt for disabled radio jockeys to give them an opportunity to pursue a career in radio. The response to this initiative has been overwhelmingly positive and has helped to create more job opportunities for people with disabilities.. Radioudaan held an “RJ Hunt” competition. This competition attracted a large number of participants, and the winners were given the chance to host their own radio show on our station.
