Since 2015, Radio Udaan has been conducting National Conferences across India, which creates a powerful platform ,that brings together persons with disabilities, government representatives, policymakers, NGOs, accessibility experts, educators, corporate leaders, researchers, and advocates committed to building an inclusive society.
These conferences provide opportunities for reliable discussions on disability rights, accessibility, inclusive education, employment, assistive technology, leadership, policy development, and social inclusion.

Impact
Over the past decade, Radio Udaan’s National Conferences have turned as one of India’s leading platforms for disability inclusion, which bring together more than 3,000 participants from across the country. The conferences have enabled dialogue between persons with disabilities, government officials, policymakers, educators, accessibility experts, NGOs, and industry leaders, fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, influencing policy discussions, and promoting accessible and inclusive development. Through these initiatives, Radio Udaan continues to strengthen the disability rights movement and empower persons with disabilities nationwide.
Looking Ahead
As Radio Udaan continues its journey of promoting inclusion and accessibility, the organization is preparing to host its 11th National Conference in 2027. The conference will be held one day prior to the Grand Finale of Udaan Idol 2027, which will bring together distinguished speakers, experts, policymakers, community leaders, and persons with disabilities from across India for another inspiring edition of dialogue, collaboration, and innovation.
